Different agents call it end-of-lease, bond or vacate cleaning. It is the same job: the property cleaned to the standard the managing agent expects at the outgoing inspection.
Send us the property details and a few photos — or the agent's own checklist if you have one — and we will quote against it. If the condition means more work than a standard vacate clean, we will tell you that up front rather than adding it to the invoice later.
Exactly what is included is set out in your quote. Carpet steam cleaning and pest control are often required by a lease — we do not do that work in-house, so we will tell you to book a specialist separately rather than quietly leaving it off the list.

The business is owned by Marjorie Sedico, with Johannes handling much of the quoting, customer communication and administration behind the scenes. When you call, you are talking to one of us.
We started Sharp Finish Cleaning with a simple approach: communicate clearly, agree on the job before we start, take care with people's homes, and deliver the clean we said we would.
We focus on end-of-lease cleans, deep cleaning and regular residential cleaning. For larger or specialist work outside our scope, we would rather be upfront than promise something we cannot properly deliver.
Our goal is straightforward — make getting your home cleaned easy, reliable and clear, from the first quote through to completion.

We quote against an agreed scope — ideally your agent’s own checklist if you have one. That way you know exactly what is included before we start, and we know exactly what we are being measured against.
No, and you should be wary of any cleaner who says they do. Whether your bond is returned depends on the agent, the landlord and the condition of the whole property, including things a cleaner never touches.

We vacuum carpets as part of a clean, but we do not perform carpet steam cleaning or extraction. That is specialist work with specialist equipment, and we do not currently do it in-house.
Most leases require a receipt from a carpet cleaner, so you will usually need to book one separately. Ask us and we can point you in the right direction.
No. We bring the standard cleaning equipment and products needed for the services we have quoted, unless we have arranged something different with you beforehand.
If you would prefer we use a particular product in your home — for allergies, a specific surface, or any other reason — just tell us when you book.
For a vacated property, yes, where the work requires it. We need power for vacuums and lighting, and water for almost everything else.
Disconnection is one of the most common reasons a vacate clean cannot be completed on the day, so it is worth confirming with your provider before your booking.
Yes — extras like the oven, internal windows, blinds, the garage or a balcony can be added, subject to a quote and an agreed scope.
